Description: Antique Victorian Era lamp. Converted from oil to electric. Cord is in fantastic condition. Seems to be handpainted. I think it was originally part of a hanging ceiling oil lamp. It has a Mellon shaped base. Made of milkglass. There's a textured swag design in the base. Moving up There's a thick light blue band with roses and greenery on both front and back.
