It does seem to be a smaller piece, would probably be best on a 6" wrist. Inner width is 55.5-mm x depth of 40.7-mm, calculate to almost exactly 6" but can fit taut around a 6.25 to 6.5" wrist. It weighs 12.4-grams and is marked: PT.JUN.1.80 (appears to have patent date of June 1, 1880). The love knot ball ends are 10.8-mm, width of hinge is 16-mm (note it is missing one hinge cap).
