A few faint spots (example tenth photograph), and a more noticeable small stain on ruffle (please see ninth photograph). Blue stripe cotton has contrasting stripe ruffle. Reinforced hem. Unlined. Fabric has little stretch. Will fit most sizes. Drawstring waist expands up to 40 inches (fabric may bunch a bit for very small sizes), hips are 42 inches, and waist to hem is 37 inches long.
