Most likely the store's five cent price at the time.It measures 4 inches tall, by 1- 5/8ths inches in diameter. This item is in excellent, used antique, condition with no chips, cracks, or other damage, or repairs. Just some scuffing and spots of discoloration consistent with its age and use. (See photos).
