Description: Antique Trinity Dairy Co 1 Quart Milk Bottle Brooklyn New York (Downing Street) Just shy of 9 inches tall with some nice, faint iridescence which can be seen in some of the pictures. A 1922 newspaper article mentioned that this company was part of the Dairymen's League Co-operative Association and was a wholesaler of bulk milk. The last picture shows an advertisement the company used which shows the address of 49-51 Downing Street in Brooklyn. Since this company was a wholesaler they likely produced a limited amount of store bottles like this one. Ebay product research does not show this bottle as having been sold in the last 3 years. Likely rather scarce. Newspapers articles or advertisements make mention of this company from 1922 to 1943. Its likely this company also existed prior to, and after those dates. The bottle being sold is likely from the 1920s or 1930s. Check out the pictures to see all of the embossing on this bottle as well as the condition.
