Description: Please refer to my pictures for condition and measurements. Estate purchase. There is no specific date that I can see in this book. It appears quite old/antique. My guess is sometime in the 1800s but I could be wrong. The top of the hardcover has separated from the rest of the book. The rest of the pages are somewhat intact but I’m sure they would come apart if aggressively used. This book is in fair/poor condition in my opinion. You will see discoloration/page folds/marks throughout. I’m not sure if any of the pages are missing or not. My guess is is that they’re all there, but like I said in fair condition.
