Description: I am literally given some amazing items. As a mover with a very well off client base many of my clients have to downsize or simply need to get rid of items. This is one of the most beautiful tables I have ever seen. You can tell by the wood work this is old. I am guessing mid 1800’s. There is a slight warp to the top. Each plank was done by hand. All grooves were done by hand. This is a one of a kind table. The client whom gave me this had bought this at an antique store. She used it in her foyer for a number of years. Should could not remember much more about it other than what she though she paid and how old this was. I honestly would keep this if it fit somewhere practical in my home. I just don’t have a use for it. This has a farmers type like to it. I could see this in a number of different settings. A foyer, den, office, family room, and more. There is typical wear by a few small rubs along the edges and corners. Nothing major. I see nothing cracked or gauged. I am not sure what kind of wood this is. If I had to guess it is birch. It’s too light to be mahogany. Lately it seems that every job I do, my clients have been providing me with items they either no longer need, want or have room for. My reputation as a mover has always been very good, but my eBay store reputation is growing rather quickly. I literally get calls from clients asking me if I would be interested in selling things for them. I am so grateful to be offered these belongings. I get a little bit of everything.
