Edwardian in date, the shaped frame has an elongated oval aperture surmounted with impressive stylised rococo border and ornate engraved floral and bow motifs. The frame retains the original velvet backing. Unboxed. Please see above for quantity available. Price is per piece. Markings: Fully hallmarked on the side for .925 sterling silver, Birmingham hallmark, "WHW", 1906. See images above. Size: Total height 8" (20 cm), aperture being 5 1/2" (14 cm) tall, 3" (7.5 cm) wide. Condition: Item is in stunning condition - please see images above. The silver in good order with no dents, and a patination commensurate with age. The velvet is good order, although the retaining ribbon is lost. The glass is a little chipped at the edges, hidden when in situ.
