Description: I have for auction an absolutely beautiful antique TEA COSY embellished with Society Silk embroidery; beautiful red floral decoration on both sides; expertly padded to keep the teapot warm; came to me from the closing of a museum; very lovely; very large; measures approx. 16" in width and approx. 11" tall including the decorative frill. Fabric appears to be silk on the frill and inner lining with fine linen used for the embroidered section. Overall condition very good. Will ship to Canada and USA; other locations please contact as shipping rates can be very expensive. Shipping is at the expense of the buyer. PLEASE NOTE: This item is quite robust and heavy hence the postage is a little higher. Preferred payment thru Ebay.
