Description: I couldn't identify these online, but feel they're likely a 1940's Scottish or Saskatchewan Air Ambulance Service wings. Both of these operations were in business in the late 1940's, and I feel the construction of these wings is in keeping with these dates. The are holes punched to affix the wings to a uniform, but have been filled and a pin-back assembly has been installed; likely so these wings could be interchangeable between outfits or uniforms. If anyone can positively identify these wings, I'd greatly appreciate it, and will change the listing to reflect an ID. That said, I do feel somewhat confident in saying these wings were worn by one of these two early air ambulance services.
