As part of a series produced by the renowned Scheibe-Alsbach facility in Germany and featuring Napoleonic military commanders. Attributed to master artist and designer Felix Zeh. Exceptional colors and details depicting officers each wearing their respective uniform, standing on a square base with impressed name and a short incised biography (in French) with birth, dated military battles and death. Also includes pattern numbers and “S” back-stamp in blue underglaze with a cross, c. early 20th century. Measures approximately 10" tall,,,, Excellent condition with bright gilding,,,, no chips,,,, no cracks,,, never repaired,,, crisp and clean with original luster.
