Description: Antique Schafer & Vater HatPin Holder Blue Glaze Art Nouveau Germany 5 3/8” tall. Features a beautiful blue glaze on fine porcelain. I believe this dates from the early 1900's and is very collectible. There are 7 holes in the top used to hold hatpins. Unique blue glaze on this piece not seen often. Noted crack and chip on left side. See below description and pictures for details. Purchasing as is. Stamped and marked on the bottom with the Schafer & Vater mark: Crown over the letter R centered in a multi pointed star. Measures approx: 5 38/" tall x 3" x 2 7/8"weight:2.6oz Condition is preowned in good condition for age. Noted crack with chip on left side. Crack is seen on bottom and up left side with a chip. There may have been a repair to this. Small chips on bottom side unrelated to crack. The crack does not go thru the bottom (it's in tact) or but any other side.
