Description: This listing is for an Antique Rare 1793 French hand written Document & ornate original Wax Seal from the notorious Reign Of Terror Era - Subject Unknown (because honestly I don’t read French) . The historical aspect of this piece, and the era it was written during, is fascinating. It is signed and dated, with seemingly witness signatures- and an official wax seal of some kind bearing a crest. Perhaps from a peoples court or some other ruling- perhaps related to the notorious executions by guillotine. The piece is ready for framing or another method of display- excellent for many rooms and a large variety of decor styles. It is an excellent staple piece for your collection, one your friends definitely won’t have! A great collectors item, for use display gifting or decor. It is in good condition, with only minor wear from age as expected- but for its age it’s in pretty great shape. It has one hole through it, and some vintage repairs with very early tape.
