Description: Up for sale is this beautiful and large antique Persian / Middle Eastern Kashan blue glazed pottery bowl with hand-painted floral and foliage designs on sides and border rim crossed line designs. I believe this is at least 19th Century in my opinion though I’ve been told it could be as old as 16th or 17th Century which would be incredible. It is a very fine example with no losses - I do see some scattered surface lines, perhaps crazing. Displays well from all angles as you can see. Measures 8.9” inches in diameter and 4.2” inches tall (22.6 cm, 10.7 cm). Would make a fantastic display piece, fine addition to a collection, or a great gift!
