The stenciled lid and bottom of the wooden pail is stamped SPAULDING & FROST FREMONT, N.H. Lid does fit snug and may get stuck. If using for storage adding a small knob to the lid may help. Being sold in as found condition with original painted surface and patina, rust, oxidation, dirt marks, stains, dust, dings, scratches. Metal bands are secure. In overall good solid conditon for age. No foul odors. Measures 11" in diameter across top and tapers down to 9.5" in diameter across the bottom x 7.5" tall (not including handle). Please see pictures for complete condition.
