Description: Antique Minck Bros Seltzer Bottle from Brooklyn New York About 11.25 inches tall including the metal part. The metal part had been removed by me for some minor cleaning. I've left it on pretty loosely in case you would like to perform a more thorough cleaning. The metal knob is somewhat functional as it still moved up and down. Dating to right around 1915. For some reason that I do not know these type of bottles were manufactured abroad and imported in. As you can see on the base this one was made in Austria. Despite the issues on this bottle it is very scarce and pretty collectible as gauged by the turn-over rate for the Minck blob top bottles. Check out the pictures to see the condition of this bottle. This bottle is in dug condition with a number of issues. There is wear and internal staining. There is a 1/2 inch fish-eye towards the base. A 1/2 inch flash crack towards the top of the circular logo. A few other smaller dings / fish-eyes on the base. The glass straw which must have been original to the bottle was broken and removed. The metal retains some damage from when the top was removed to clean the bottle. All of these issues can be seen in the pictures. If you're interested in multiple bottles, please send a message.
