The lacquer work is masterful with various depictions of birds and cockerels in a landscape of flowers and rivers. Both sides are decorated in a similar fashion. There are Shibayama decorated end pieces with an ojime bead having three insects. It's contained in its original Tiffany box which retailed the piece.-Excellent condition with only the most minor imperfection.
