Description: antique rare blue eyed white tiger. 221/8 by 131/8 wood frame is old I would say 1940s 1950s the signature looks like an a and an S this is not a new piece. It is quite old but it’s still a pretty picture. These old black velvet paintings were done by amateur artist of the day and materials were expensive so the wood is a cheap origin and the way that they put the painting into the frame itself is not done in a perfect way. Usually these pieces don’t last long because of the frailty of them I would say this is one pretty good condition. Definitely not pristine, but not terrible either..
