(on back) with zinc band and glass insert- MASON'S IMPROVED PATENTED MAY 10, 1870, with A128 on the base.Measures 6-5/8" (w/o the lid on) x 3-1/2", with bold embossing, and a ground lip with a couple small nicks from the grounding process.The zinc band is worn, with a tiny pinhole and a couple short splits in the band as I tried to show.
