Decided to list, even with the damage as it is unusual, the coffee basket is not inserted into the interior. See Photos. My best guess 6 to 8 Cups. Measures 15" in height x about 5" in diameter. This coffee pot comes from a large collection from a estate I am currently liquidating. Description includes everything shown in pictures. If it is not in the picture, it is not there. Coffee pot has been plugged in and checked that it heats up. No further testing has been done and the coffee pot sells "as is".
