Description: I believe the hallmark on the bottom reads "L & W" and that this piece was used as a tea canister!! It is in EXCELLENT condition with no chips or cracks and I am guessing it pre-dates WWII, possibly the 1930's because of the wingnut holding the lid know in place!! The metal rim, handle and lid are not magnetic but I am not sure of the metal!! Approx. 8.25" tall to the top of the upraised handle X 7.25" to the top of the lid X 5.5" to the top of the rim X 3.5" internal diameter across the top!!
