Description: Antique Late 1800's Wax Over Composition 11" Blonde Girl Doll - Mostly Original The doll has a wax over compo head with blue glass inset eyes, blonde human hair wig, and painted features. Her hands and feet are wax and her body appears to be cloth stuffed with sawdust/wood chips? (not going to rip it open to find out for sure.) She is wearing her original pink checker dress with with white bloomers, white socks, and white leatherette shoes. This doll is in very good condiiton. She has some minor cracks in the wax at the corners of her eyes, the color of the dress is faded and there is a water stain on the hair ribbon. I believe the bottom button on her dress has been replaced, it looks modern to me compared to the others, and I believe her socks and shoes are replacements from a later era. Her hair bow is being held on by a modern white head sewing pin. Please see pictures for details. Shipping Details: Shipping is caluculated based on the size and weight of the packaged item.
