Description: This piece is marked on the bottom and is faded but somewhat legible: Kaiser Wilhelm I King of PrussiaGerman Emperor until his death in 1888Emperor of Germany 17 Jan 1871 The last line is faded. There are two rough spots, most likely during manufacturing, on the inside of the crown. It does have the imprint of 66 on the bottom. It is 4 1/2" tall and the base width is 3 1/2". It is in good condition with no other issues.
