Description: Hot Water Jug or Milk Pitcher. Manufactured by James Dixon and Sons. The finial reminds me of a berry. Rattan covering on the handle. Overall height of 6.5"/16cm. Impressed on the underside - James Dixon and Sons, the Herald Trumpet Hallmark, EPBM 04788P, #2, Made in England. The lid is hinged. Former owner had polished it but it still could use a little more.
