Antique Harrach Rubin ? Glass Vase Enameled A. Sacher Handpainted Quail Lovely!

Description: Antique Harrach Rubin ? Glass Vase Enameled A. Sacher Handpainted Quail Lovely! Up for auction is a really unique and lovely iridescent ruby red 7" glass vase with a beautiful handpainted enamel design of a covey of quail-- not sure if they are bobwhite or not but they are beautifully done. They are in some vegetation with a fence and a stream also in the image that goes around the entire vase. The enamel in an ivory color also is around the top rim of the vase. I am not 100% sure but I think this is a vase made by Harrach Rubin and I am sure that it was handpainted by A. Sacher, since it is signed. I believe this was made by the Czech/Bohemian factory Harrach during the Victorian era. I also believe that there is a Lobmeyr cypher beneath the enamelist's signature. Lobmeyr was a Bohemian glassmaker during the late 1800s and early 1900s. I really know nothing about Bohemian glassware, so please correct me if I am wrong on this. This vase measures about 7" tall, 2 3/4" in diameter at top rim and 5" in diameter at widest point. This exquisite vase is in very good condition with no chips or cracks but there is a tiny nick (less than 1/16") on the base rim (see photo). There is one scratch near the back of the vase (see photo) that is about 5/8" long (see photo). Also, there is a very tiny area of paint wear (about 1/8" long--see photo) on the ivory colored enamel around the top rim. I see no scratches on the handpainted image. The iridescence is really lovely! The enamel painting is so well done and very high quality and the birds look so life-like--it is like a work of art. This is probably a one of a kind art glass painted vase--just beautiful!
