It has a silhouette ship on rough seas with smoke coming out of the smokestack. I'm unaware of the origin of the piece, however, it is signed and dated on the back "1928" and appears it may be hand painted. I can't read the writing as it's faded. There are some numbers imprinted on the bottom "3404 2". It has wear from use/age and the edges have some of the paint missing. It measures approx. 6 1/2" x 5".
