Description: This match Vesta case is gorgeous - heavy - lid works well - beautiful repousse. But it’s a bit tricky. The chain is vintage not antique and must have been added later The case itself has such strong Art Nouveau vibes with all those lovely flowers and organic lines. But the hallmark reads to me like it’s Birmingham in the 1830s. That seems way too early for this piece so I am confused and can not figure out the actual date letter. Regardless, this is a beauty and one of those pieces of antique jewelry that’s actually wearable. The chain is about 24” and that case looks incredible around one’s neck.
