Description: Rare antique German red roof dollhouse by Moritz Gottschalk Fold-out house with the unique "outhouse" or bathroom off of the porch From the 1920's--it has weathered the storm of time, and is8n pretty decent condition considering how old it is Solid wood--it's very heavy and well made, and still holds together just fine As you can see from the photos, there has been a lot of wear to the house and it definitely needs some cleaning The original lithograph papers inside have some peeling and loss, the wood has a few cracks here and there, and the entire house is quite dirty overall Some of the original curtains are included, and everything on this house (including the doors and windows) appears to be original The bottom is marked with a number, however, I can't quite make out exactly what it is. *This house has been sold before with the model number being referred to as 6129--although I'm not sure if that is correct. It would be a wonderful restoration project, or just to enjoy as it is--it has so much character and charm Also--and most important (to me anyway)--the house does not smell musty or gross.
