Description: Antique Gold Gilded Hand Carved Gesso Wood Frame 25 x 19 o/s, 20 x 13 5/8 i/s. The frame is much brighter than the photo. I found it in an 18th home scheduled for rehab. The painting shown is damaged and may have hung in this house for 100 years. The top outside edge is darker than the other edges along with the bottom inside. Just rotate 180 degrees and it won't be noticed. A truly beautiful piece of Victorian framery. Painting is included if you want it. I'll provide a refund if shipping is less.
