Description: Antique Gilbert Wooden Grandfather Shelf/Mantel Clock - Made in Connecticut - 'Tiger'. Beautiful gold inlay on the glass cover, featuring birds. The clock needs work, the pendulum is lose and the movement needs repair. The wood shows signs of age, and the wooden frame is missing the tip. Partial stamp says ‘Tiger’ ‘Manufactured by’, unfortunately the rest is missing. Thanks to another EBay user I was able to locate the manufacturer and I am attaching a similar label in the photos. The clock measures 22” x 14” x 4.5” and it is heavy.
