The clown is made of composition and has a painted black head and hands, black eyes and eyebrows, red cheeks and mouth, and is wearing a blue shirt with yellow buttons, blue “pants”, a white and green ruffle around his neck, and a blue painted clown hat on his head. The clown has a ball-like body with a weight on the bottle so that when you push him he rocks back and forth. He is 5-1/2 inches tall, and is mostly German from around 1990.
