Description: ITEM DESCRIPTION: Antique German 22" China Head Doll Black Hair Antique Clothes Body Wood LimbsVery pretty antique china shoulder head doll on an antique cloth body with carved wooden lower arms, hands, lower legs, socks and shoes. Lovely painted features with rosy cheeks, painted blue eyes, closed mouth, molded painted hair with a distinct center part and curls around the head. Clothing includes matching lace trimmed pantaloons and undershirt, skirt with matching lace trimmed blouse with a broach at the neck and a deep red velvet hooded cape with a bow at the neck. Clothing appears to be quite old.CONDITION:Good played with condition. Head is in very good condition - free of cracks or hairlines. One very tiny pin-point sized "ding" on her chin. Very good painted facial features. Hair has a few small paint rubs (pictured). Body is in good antique condition. Wooden lowerlimbs have wear and scrapes from age. Costume has all working closures.
