Description: This is a nice antique French Sevres porcelain gilt metal mounted vase / urn with painted courting couple and landscape decoration. The main color of the porcelain is a cobalt blue with gold highlights throughout. The courting couple area is signed in the lower left but I could not discern the name but it is shown in pic 7. The gilt metal on the sides has the face of a lion. In good condition as the pics show with no nicks or chips but has some minor surface wear to some decoration and the metal and it comes exactly as shown. It measures 18 1/4" tall, the base is 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" and the piece is 6 1/2" at the widest point.
