Description: Antique Erie Brewing Blob Top Beer Bottle Circa 1900..bottle has a slug plate with THE ERIE BRG CO.at the top and ERIE.PA. At the bottom of slug plate,slug plate is slightly oval(sideways) bottle is marked E H E Co.near the bottom on rear,this mark was in use by the Edward H.Everett Co. from 1885-1904,Bottle is blown in mold with a tooled Blob top,bottle also has what I call bottle pimples,these small bumps in the glass 4 on each side of the mold located on the shoulder(3) and 1 at the base of the neck are the result of holes being drilled into the mold in order to let air to escape the mold as the glass forms to the inside surface of the mold.bottle has no damage and very clean with no cloudiness.A very nice example of this bottle.
