Description: Up for sale is a lamp acquired from the collection of Catherine Thuro but not pictured in any of her books on Oil Lamps. The transfer design on this oil lamp is in nice condition and although not identified I am calling it berry, diamonds and tassels. This pattern does not seem to come up often as I asked some other oil lamp collectors and no one has seen this pattern identified. This lamp measures just over 19 1/2" to the top of the pie crust chimney. It measures 10 1/2" to the top of the collar. It comes with a marked P&A MFG fancy burner and has a new wick and ready to use. There are no chips cracks or repairs but has the usual air bubbles ands straw marks which is expected with glass from this era. This is the largest of these lamps I have one smaller and one finger lamp also for sale at the time of this posting.
