Description: For sale, a nice early set of Pharmacy weights in their original slid top wooden box. The well know makers of weights and pharmacy items Emler and Amend which started in New York City, New York in 1851 and sold in 1941. The top of box slides open with slots for different weights, all in grams, most likely made from lead pieces. The original brass tweezers are still in the box in their slot. 19 weights totally and also the original tweezers. A wonderful nice early set of weights to add to your collections.
