This handcrafted hair comb has beautiful open work, which was sawed out by hand. Weighs 16 grams. Comb is signed with S inside diamond shape, D. S. Spaulding Company's maker's mark, and is stamped sterling and marked with the product number. They were founded by Doliver S. Spaulding in the United States and located in Mansfield, Massachusetts. They crafted sterling jewelry, palleted jewelry & novelties from to 1896 up until 1917.
