Description: This gorgeous antique Edwardian period gown and jacket is just amazing. The gown has several very large and wide pleats on the back just below the hip and ending at the hemline on the right side. You can see in the photos, the thicker, gathered lace in that area. The gown is long and is a generous size, and is sleeveless with a scooped neckline. There are no snaps or hooks and eyes. It simply pulls on over the head. The jacket is beautifully cut with a gently curved hemline and an open front with long slender sleeves. The sleeves are finished in 2" self fabric cuffs with snap closures. This gown would look absolutely stunning, in my opinion, with a pink or lavender under slip. The condition of the outfit is excellent. Please see the report above.
