Description: Absolutely incredible piece. A parade cart, made in Sicily in the early 20th Century. The people and the horse are paper mache, the cart, wheels, etc are a very delicate wood. The horse is adorned with feathers and fabric. Incredibly hand painted. This piece is very fragile. It has done issues, with minor parts missing, but displays very well. Pictures are provided of every angle, so please examine carefully- it has so much going on with it is possible that I could miss something in my own examination. Also, I will have to find a way to mount/ crate this item in order to safely ship, so please understand that shipping cost may be a little higher than normal.
