Description: Offered here are TWO (2) ANTIQUE DRAFTSMAN'S TOOLS: A 12 INCH RULER WITH FIXED METAL END AND A 12 INCH PROTRACTOR WITH ADJUSTABLE METAL END WITH DEGREE MARKINGS AND POINTER. Both of these early draftsman tools are in very good condition. Both have metal ends that were designed to rest and slide on a draftsman's board on the left-hand side. The straight ruler tool draws lines in parallel. The protractor tool draws lines at an angle to ninety degrees. These well-made tools have no maker or manufacturer's name on them that I can see. The metal parts are all in good condition and the wooden ruler sections appear to be made of boxwood. The graduation markings are in sixteenths of an inch and the rules measure up to 12 inches in length. Great for your early draftsman tool collection. See photos for additional details. Any questions, please ask. Winning bidder to pay USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE SHIPPING COSTS.
