Antique DERIDDER Louisiana CC Soda Bottle LA Property of Coca Cola Bottling Co

Description: Up for sale is a colorless early straight side styled "Property Of" Coke / Coca Cola bottle from DeRidder, Louisiana. It's a Coke bottle of course but these are the type that held other sodas/flavored drinks besides Coke itself. It's a pretty plain cylindrical shape with plain embossing: just "C. C. SODA" in large block lettering around the shoulder on both sides, "PROPERTY OF / COCA-COLA BOTTLING CO. / 3875 ROOT 24" at the heel, "MIN. CONTENTS 6 1/2 FLU. OZS." at the rear heel, and "DE RIDDER LA." on the base. It's machine made with a crown top lip. It's a bit over 7 3/4" tall and 2 1/4" in diameter at the base. It's in very good condition with about average case wear and some minor sickness/stain... There's no chips or cracks, only light nicking/bruising to the embossing but not really any glass missing anywhere, but it is certainly not mint either. It could use a bath that's for sure.
