Description: ANTIQUE DELENIERES CUPS Purchased set of antique dishes at an estate sale. These had always been in one family. The original family owner had them brought to to her by mule from Mexico to her Texas home. Shipped from New York. They were a wedding present for her.Higgins & Seiter was a New York business from 1887 to February 1915 that sold quality porcelain.D & C stands for Delinieres & Cie which operated in Limoges, France. All of the dishes in the set are marvelous antiques. Each of the dishes will be described as they are listed. It will take a while to list them all, since I do have other items to list also, but if you are interested in knowing if I have a particular item, please ask. This serving bowl is shallow; it is 1 3/4" high and 9" across. The gold has some wear; the flowers are beautiful. There are no crack chips or scratches. If you are collecting antique china for display, this is a beautiful piece from over 125 years ago. If seriously interested in the entire set, please contact me.
