Exterior of the book is very clean with moderate crazing and some chipping to the hubbed spine face with panel with leather label bearing the gold gilded and embossed title well intact. Outer edges of the spine and boards show minor rubs and the upper end of the spine has some minor loss of the leather. Front cover has some minor scuffing. Outer front hinge is split but this does not go through to the interior and the inside front endpaper is well intact with no gutter tearing. Outer page fore edges are marbled with some toning from age. Interior pages are overall very clean with some minor toning from age and with some minor soiling on first few pages and pencil notation on blank second front endpapers. Book's binding is tight and well intact and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book totals 341 pages and measures approximately 7 1/4 x 5 x 1 1/8 inches and weighs about 1 1/4 pounds.
