Description: Antique Copper and Pink Lustre Wine Goblet Mid 1800's Sunderland English 3 7/8" 2 1/2” x 2 3/4” x 3 7/8” Bottom diameter is just over 2”, top diameter is irregular- see above measurements 5.3 oz An antique copper and pink Sunderland lustre wine or drinking goblet from 1840-1860. I believe they add a touch of gold before firing which gave this an extra luster in it's finish. It's got a house, leaf, and nature motif around the middle in white and pink. It's footed and has a beaded upper rim. This has wear and possible loss of finish. I've polished and cleaned this but you might be able to get more of the original shine and glow back with more work.
