Description: Up for sale is an antique turn of last century color litho art print of QUEEN LOUISE from a watercolor by Leon Moran. This was recently found at auction in the suburban Philadelphia PA area. OFFERED AS FOUND with a very long tear that goes into her head, with yellowing of paper, very fragile paper. Might have been a premium from shoe store. Info on back. Seems almost Victorian trade card style, but unknown date. ça 1900 give or take 19th century, Victorian. Overall the paper is ~15.5x22" printed in the 19th century book plate style with extra border as image area only 10x17". Please see photo where tear goes right through her face. An accomplished watercolor artist could touch it up after being drymounted by your framer. Best to cut off the light edges, mid-tone to darker mat will compliment the artwork the best.
