Description: Antique Colmont Mother of Pearl Brass Opera Glass Fresh from a Dallas estate comes this mother of pearl and brass folding adjustable opera glasses or binoculars by Colmont in Paris, France. The age of this piece is 1900-1920's. It is marked "Colmont Paris France" on the center of bridge. The glasses measures 3.5" across eyes by 1 1/2" length of each eye piece (and eye piece extends to 2") & 1 1/8" tall each. The wand or handle is adjustable from 4 1/4" to 6 3/4" long. Folded it measures 2" deep. This piece is in EXCELLENT CONDITION with NO damage to mother of pearl. There is only typical light pitting and corrosion to metal. Review all photos for better details.
