Description: Antique Circa 1900's Cheyenne Beaded Moccasins Blue, Red, White, Black The soles are 10 3/4" from heel to toe. The back of the heel from where the beads start to the top of the leather where there is a small slit is 4 7/8" tall. The leather for the tongue is 3 7/8" long and is cut flat (no point or split).I am guessing that the beads are glass just because they are cool to the touch. The leather that would be around the ankle starts out high (almost a peak) then slants down when it gets closer to the tongue. The toe seems to be square. Most of the beads are a light blue with designs in dark blue, red, and white. The soles are leather only. They have been worn; you can see the outline of the foot/toes on the soles. The leather seems to be in pretty good shape. I do not see any tears or holes and it is still soft and pliable; the soles are harder like I would think they were made. There are spots where beads are missing and or loose. I had it appraised/authenticated this is from them. They look c 1900 Cheyenne. 650-900 as is. Need minor repairs.
