Description: Offered is a lovely floral late 1800s, early 1900s chocolate pot in very good condition. The porcelain is fine and translucent when held up to light. It is in a very unusual background color and is decorated with pink roses and gilt trim. The footed mold is nicely detailed. I purchased this at an upscale estate auction. The woman had dozens and dozens of chocolate pots and chocolate sets. Many were RS Prussia, and there was quite a bit of Prussian items other than the pots. This particular pot was labeled RS Prussia by the collector. I noticed no flaws, and it is in very good condition. It has a bit of a high gloss to it and was difficult to photograph. I would describe the color as a citrus green, kinda of a lime lemon. The photos dull it down a bit. Any white streaks are glare from the overhead light. Please see all photos to judge the condition for yourself and ask if you have any questions or need additional pictures. I am always happy to combine if you purchase more than one of my items. 9.5" tall and 6" long from spout to handle.
