It is hand-painted and has an apocryphal seal mark in iron red pigment on the base, of the makers or artist... Nianqian Zhilong.. making it a unique and authentic antique original. The jar has a base diameter of 12.5cm and a maximum diameter of 20.5cm. It weighs 1.83Kg and stands at a height of 25.5cm without the lid. The lid rim diameter is 10.5cm, and the height to the top of the finial -when in place- is 30cm. This jar is a true antique, dating back to the late 19th century (1850-1899). It is a beautiful addition to any collection of Asian/Oriental antiques and is sure to be a conversation starter.
