Description: Antique kitchen tool or accessory. This is a cherry pitter made by New Standard out of Mt. Joy, PA It is made of galvanized metal with a crank that has a green decorative handle. It is well marked with the maker and model no. It is in good overall condition. There is minor surface rust in some areas but pretty good for something this old. The wooden handle is in great condition. It does crank around, but gets hung in the middle sometimes. A great addition to your antique kitchen collection. There is what looks like a leather piece where the pit would get pushed through. That is obviously VERY dried out and looks pretty brittle. Thats the black piece you see sticking out. Packaged carefully and shipped via USPS Priority or Ground
